Request to permanently delete your Elite Gold Academy account and all associated data

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account using either method below:

Method 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Elite Gold Academy app on your device
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen
  4. Tap the Delete Account button
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Include your account email address in your request. We will process your deletion request within 48 hours.

Important Information

⚠️ This action cannot be undone

  • All your account data will be permanently deleted
  • Your trading history and preferences will be removed
  • You will lose access to all active subscriptions
  • You will need to create a new account to use the app again

Before You Delete

Before deleting your account, please consider:

  • Cancel active subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, cancel it through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) settings before deleting your account to avoid continued billing.
  • Export your data: If you want to keep a copy of your trading history, contact support before deleting your account.
  • Contact support: If you're experiencing issues, our support team may be able to help before you decide to delete your account.

Data Deletion Timeline

Once you confirm account deletion:

  • Your account will be immediately deactivated
  • All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Some anonymized data may be retained for legal or business purposes as required by law
